Seal Coating
If asphalt is left untreated, the pavement will deteriorate rapidly. The asphalt binder that holds the pavement together begins to oxidize and weather soon after installation. Moisture penetrates the asphalt causing further damage.
We apply MasterSeal™Pavement Sealer to replenish the binder that is lost through weathering and aging. This sealer provides superior protection against environmental distress.
Sealcoating is applied to the surface of the asphalt after all the cracks and potholes are repaired.
